My in-depth home inspections usually take three to four hours to complete and give you an unbiased evaluation of the overall physical condition of the home. I give the home an extensive physical examination, identify items that need to be repaired or replaced, and document the condition of the home’s major components and systems in a professionally prepared report. The following areas are inspected during a typical home inspection:

I serve the coastal counties of Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson to include the cities of Waveland, Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian, Long Beach, Gulfport, Diamondhead, Biloxi, D’Iberville, Ocean Springs, Vancleave, Gautier, Pascagoula, and Moss Point; but will consider performing home inspections in other areas also.
